CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is recognized as an authoritative standard to measure the capability maturity and project management level of software enterprises in worldwide. As a passport to the international market for software companies, it is known for strict evaluation criteria and process. According to statistics from CMMI’s official website, by April 2020, only 12.5% of enterprises within the expiration date of CMMI appraisal have passed CMMI Maturity Level 5 and 8.9% of them are Chinese enterprises. SNBC passed CMMI3 authentication early in 2016. After the CMMI3 review in 2019, SNBC independently developed data management platform, realizing automatic collection and systematic management of metric data as well as analysis, mining and visual management of big data of individuals, projects, departments and product development process quality under waterfall and agile process model.
